The Tour to Cape Agulhas is a great way to spend a memorable day during your Cape Town holidays. A walk along the pathway, which will take you to the official meeting point of the two oceans. Here you can take a photo with one foot in the Indian ocean and the other foot in the Atlantic ocean. This is also the Southmost Tip of Africa. Explore one of the oldest lighthouses in South Africa, here at the Cape Agulhas.
On route from the Cape Agulhas, we will stop at the Hemel-en-Aarde wine valley just behind Hermanus. Here we recommend a wine tasting at Creation Wine Estate or Hamilton Russell wine estate. You may also spot the Southern Right Whales along the seashores of Hermanus during Whale season (June to November). Lunch can also be enjoyed at one of the many seaside restaurants in Hermanus. (Please advise whether we can assist with a restaurant booking.)
On our way back to Cape Town from Hermanus and the Cape Agulhas, we will stop at Stony Point Penguins Colony for a visit to this enchanting sea creatures. Stony Point is one of the largest penguins colonies in South Africa.
Issa was great! the landscape during the drive was beatiful. I;m happy I booked this! come prepared for the long drive with snacks, water, blanket, maybe even neckpillow.
one of the most tunning places I visited, where two oceans meets!kule was a great driver and great guide, very professional and knowledgeable! Bravo
Great long day full of local experiences. Cape Agulhas is a must experience when visiting the continent. The view from the windy lighthouse is great. As were the stops for penguins and whale watching. Anicet was as good a guide as one could ask for.
I booked this unique and rarely chosen activity because I really wanted to be and see the southernmost part of Africa. The day turned to be a wonderful and exciting one as I am the only tourist who booked with Kule Tours and Travel. Issa was my guide and driver for the whole day. He was very nice, kind, accommodating and made sure I enjoyed the drive and sightseeing. We talked and conversed endlessly throughout the day as he drives to our destinations, helped me take wonderful photos, and made sure we were safe the whole day. This tour gave me another perspective and view of beautiful South Africa rarely seen on mass media and the sights along the way to see the penguins, stroll around Hermanus and see Cape Agulhas itself. TIP: have lunch at Mozambik in Hermanus, seat at the second floor facing the sea for a perfect view of whale watching and everything.
Amazing and beautiful to see how two oceans merge between Atlantic Ocean and Indian
Ocean, very excited we will command to use kuletours and Travel to enjoy the same
experience.
